• 1 head of cabbage, chopped bite size
• 1 lb. chop meat
• 1 large onion, chopped
• 3/4 c. uncooked rice
• 1 package onion soup mix
• 2 cans tomato soup
• 2 c. water

Place cabbage in large baking dish. Brown chop meat and onions; drain off excess fat. Stir in rice and onion soup mix. Pour over cabbage. Mix together tomato soup and water and pour over meat. Cover and bake for 1 hour and 45 minutes at 375 degrees. Tastes like stuffed cabbage without all the fuss!
