• 2 c. fresh basil leaves
• 2 or more cloves garlic
• 1/2 c. + 1 T. good olive oil
• 1/2 c. romano or parmesan cheese
• 1 T. lemon juice
• 1/2 c. nuts of choice
• salt to taste

Wash Basil, pat dry or spin out. Using food processor grind the basil while dribbling in the oil until creamy. Set aside. Grind garlic and nuts until chunky, then slowly add the basil mixture back in, then add the cheese, lemon juice, salt and more olive oil as needed.
