• 1/2 c. orange juice
• 2 T. honey
• 2 T. soy sauce
• 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
• 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Cut chicken into 1- 1/2 inch pieces. In a large bowl, combine orange juice, honey, soy sauce and garlic. Stir in the chicken until well mixed. Marinate at room temperature for 20-30 minutes or in the refrigerator for up to 2 hours. Preheat a broiler. Thread chicken onto skewers. Broil for 2 minutes. Turn skewers, baste with remaining marinade and broil for 2 minutes longer or until chicken is opaque in center. Remove chicken from skewers before serving.
