Elegant Chicken

- 4 whole boned chicken breasts
- 8 slices bacon
- 4 oz. chipped beef
- 10 3/4 oz can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 pint sour cream
- paprika
Halve chicken breasts and wrap each half with bacon. Cover bottom of greased 8 x 12 inch baking dish with chipped beef. Arrange chicken on top of this. Blend soup and sour cream; pour over chicken breasts. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake,uncovered, at 275 degrees for 3 hours. Serves 6 to 8. Note: You can make this early in the day and refrigerate until time to bake. |
