Description: A deliciously diverse cookbook with recipes from teachers, staff, parents, grandparents, and students of Culver School.

Funds raised support: Culver School Pta's activities and projects. We are currently helping the school raise funds for Smart Board Accessories.

• 3 T. olive oil
• 1 yellow onion (finely chopped)
• 1 lb. ground turkey
• 15 oz. can tomato sauce
• 8 oz. can tomato sauce
• 14.5 oz. can petite diced tomatoes
• 10 oz. can Diced Tomatoes and Green Chiles
• 40 oz. can Brooks Chili Hot Beans in chili sauce
• 2 heaping T. Chili Con Carne Seasoning from the Spice House in Evanston or 1pkg. McCormick Chili Seasoning
• lg. bag of tortilla chips
• 1 c. sour cream
• 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

In a large pot, saute onions in the olive oil until they are soft and translucent. add the turkey and use a spatula to finely chop up and fully cook. in the same pot add the canned tomatoes and beans and mix. add the seasoning and mix it in. heat until boiling while stirring so the bottom does not burn. cover and let simmer as long as possible to let the flavors blend. heat back up to boiling then serve with chips, sour cream, and shredded cheese.
