• 12 Flour Tortillas
• 2 c. Apple or Cherry Pie Filling
• 1 1/2 c. sugar
• 1 1/2 c. water
• 3/4 c. butter or margarine
• ground cinammon
• sugar
• chopped nuts

Place tortillas on a work surface and spread pie filling evenly down the center. Roll up each tortilla, and place in single layer in a lightly greased 13 x 9" baking dish. Combine sugar, water and butter in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring mixture to a boil. Pour over filled tortillas and let stand for 1 hour. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sprinkle with cinnamon, sugar and nuts. Bake for 1 hour. Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream. Delicious - everyone loved it and asked for recipe.
