• 1 (6-oz) pkg. Cherry Jell-O
• 2 cups boiling water
• 1-1/2 cups cold water
• 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
• 1-1/2 cups apples (unpeeled/diced)
• 1/2 cup celery (chopped)
• 1/2 cup walnuts (chopped)

Dissolve Jell-o into boiling water; add cold water and lemon juice, mix well, and chill until thickened. Fold in diced apples, celery, and walnuts. Pour into a five cups mold and chill until firm.
