• 4 (7-in.) flour tortillas
• 1 T. granulated sugar
• 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
• 2 med. Granny Smith apples
• 1 c. strawberries, sliced
• 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
• 1 sm. orange
• 2 T. packed brown sugar

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. For cinnamon chips, lightly sprinkle tortillas with water. Combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over tortillas. using a pizza cutter, cut each tortilla into 8 wedges; place in a single layer on a large baking sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned and crisp. Remove to cooling rack; cool completely. For salsa, peel, core and slice apples. Cut apples into quarters; chop with food chopper. Core strawberries, then halve and slice. Chop kiwi slices with food chopper. Place fruit in bowl. Zest and juice orange. In another small bowl, mixt together orange zest, orange juice and brown sugar. Add to fruit mixture and mix gently. Chill. Serve with cinnamon chips. Note: This is light and great for a summer cookout.
