Me & Mima's Brownies

- 1/2 c. butter
- 6 T. cocoa
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1/2 c/ chopped pecans
In med. saucepan, melt butter over low to med. heat. Remove from heat. Add cocoa & sugar. Blend in eggs one at a time. Add vanilla. Stir in flour and nuts. Mix well. Spread into greased 8 X 8 inch baking pan. Bake in 350° oven for 30 min. Be careful not to overbake! |
