Fire Chief's Smoked Pit Beans

- 1 32 oz can Pork and Beans
- 1 Cup Favorite BBQ Sauce(molasses based)
- 1 Cup Chopped Beef Brisket
- 1/2 Cup Ketchup
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 4 TBS Brown Sugar (heapings)
- 1 tsp Liquid Smoke
In a 4-Quart sauce pan, combine all ingredients. On medium heat, bring to a boil and then reduce heat to a simmer. Simmer 20 minutes or until beans get a thick, soupy consistency. Stir occasionally. Enjoy! |
